My overall experience has been extremely positive. What makes it the best are people who assist you in making the program so easy to use. Going above and beyond, like \[sensitive content hidden\], cant be beat.

Pros

Love how it makes my life easier by simplifying responsibilities as a treasurer of my hoa. As example, sending out invoices to homeowners. Also, cannot beat their customer service especially with \[sensitive content hidden\]. Hes the best!!!

Cons

Just wish that the program sent me a notification when someone paid online. Other than that, cant be beat.

This package has lots of features at a great price. It allows our small HOA to be run in a professional manner, even though our board has limited experience with accounting.

Overall, I am very satisfied. I hope we can continue learn and utilize all the features offered. The user support has been exceptional!

Pros

Our 8 unit self managed HOA signed up with EasyHOA in July 2025. There was definitely a learning curve in getting all our information loaded and all our old documents sorted and filed on the website. The support staff is very, very helpful and helped me every step of the way. No matter what my questions were, they answered them promptly and courteously. After using the system for several months, I find it easy to use. Being able to pay condo fees online has made life so much easier and faster for me as treasurer. I like that everything is documented and the handover to any future treasurer should be much simpler. I did investigate getting finance only management from local companies, but their quotes were hundreds of dollars a month to do essentially the same thing we are getting from EasyHOA for a much more reasonable cost. The website does offer other features, such as an up to date directory, tracking of repair requests, voting, surveys, and communicating within the website rather than your personal email inbox. I'm gradually trying to introduce these features as I think they will be beneficial.

Cons

I do find the budget prep and end of year accounting a little inflexible. I would love to be able to issue an EOY treasurer report, but there is not a report for that yet. All the info is there, as all the expenses are categorized and tracked, but I had to do some manual charts to be able to sum it up in a simple form. I found a few issues in prepping the 2026 budget where items I archived in the chart of accounts were still showing on the new budget.

A bit disappointed, I didn’t know I was going to feel this way until after we had set up so many files and sold the neighborhood on it so I feel a little stuck with it to be honest.

Pros

The initial concept was my favorite part of EasyHOA. The customer service seems to be above average. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives can’t change or fix the system so we end up having polite conversations that really don’t go anywhere.

Cons

The interface is slow, we understood the neighbors would have more access by interacting through the directory, the email and text services are not easy to access, the forms are annoying due to the fact that a owner must login to access them so they get recorded as a request.

It is integrated with HOA contacts/email and provides great functionality for invoicing. Reporting provides good information, but I am still trying to understand fees.

Cons

Navigation is still a challenge. For example, updating fee types for additional fees took multiple trial/error attempts.

Easily accessible and understandable to HOA leadership. Allowed us to dispense with the parasitic, overpriced companies that "manage" HOA's for boards. Worth it in Spades!

Cons

Would like to integrate emails through the HOA portal to my personal email. Perhaps its a feature, but I don't know how to do it. I don't regularly access the EasyHOA email. Would rather emails intended for the HOA board to show up on my personal email...the one I log in to every day.

We are a new HOA and researched quite a few companies before choosing Easy HOA, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! They made the setup process quick and simple, and even added custom functions specifically for our needs. The best part is their customer service — they always answer the phone, respond quickly, and take the time to walk us through any questions without ever making us feel rushed or silly for calling. They also helped us seamlessly integrate the owner login tab directly into our existing website, which made things incredibly easy for our owners. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the level of personal service and support they provide. We highly recommend Easy HOA for any association looking for a reliable, responsive, and user-friendly management solution!

There has been a little bit of a learning curve for this software but they are more than helpful. I would have said a con was lack of tutorials, but I just found the help tab which walks you through the troubled areas easily.

I like the option for making payments. We are not utilizing most of the other pieces, which is too bad. We really need to post minutes and notes. Also, we don’t have email addresses for many neighbors, so communication is not always totally reliable. Not the fault of Easy, but limits us in using it for our main method of communication.

Pros

It offers so much to do but we didn’t get enough training to utilize all it offers. Our Board members are not committed enough to learn it all.

Cons

Email sequencing gets very confusing. Also, I need larger fonts, but every time I start a new lparafraph, it defaults to the smaller font, making it very challenging to use with my low vision issues.
