Esto permite que cada actor decida qué tipo de firma desea usar, mientras que la empresa cuenta con una sola solución. Por otra parte, si bien no es el uso tradicional, es un buen gestor documental. Pros La plataforma se implementa rápidamente, permite gestionar múltiples proveedores de firma electrónica, y cuenta con procesos de gestión documental que cubren ampliamente las necesidades de la empresa. Por otra parte, el servicio es excelente y el producto incorpora nuevas funcionalidades continuamente. Cons Al inicio la distribución de tareas cuando el documento requería múltiples firmas no era óptima, pero se realizó el planteo a la empresa y se ajustó el proceso, permitiendo firmas secuenciales.
