Cons The vendor setup process does not allow me to upload documents to a single location within the vendor profile. However, some of the sections feel overcomplicated, especially for smaller vendors, freelancers. There are some unclarified questions which make the completion of forms difficult. However, the support team is quite helpful when it comes to issues with the platform itself. But at the end, the user experience is defined by the company which commissioned Graphite's service, and the team behind the task at hand - and that does not make the use convenient. The parts of the process controlled by the serviced company can be slow or stuck for many days, and it's not Graphite's responsibility, but damages the experience.
