Graphite Connect is a supplier management platform that simplifies, automates, and accelerates supplier onboarding. Overall, Graphite Connect has provided our company with reduced onboarding time and overall vendor satisfaction.

Pros

Interface is clean and easy for end user to use for the most part. The customer support team is also prompt and helpful for vendors.

Cons

ID Verification sometimes is confusing to complete. As well, sometimes the user interface does not take you to the specific area to click "complete" or the task it needs to jump to.

Pros

Graphite has a very clean UI, the support team is very thorough and helpful when tickets are created, immediate validations

Cons

My company doesn't always agree with the LexisNexis informatiion that Graphite relies on. A few cases where my company needs to raise important bank changes.

I have had a very good experience with Graphite. It has been easy to learn and use. The support staff has been great.

Pros

The platform is easy to use, and I appreciate that all vendor information is conveniently stored in one place. Vendors have the ability to update their own details, which streamlines the process. The support staff is also excellent.

Cons

The vendor setup process does not allow me to upload documents to a single location within the vendor profile.

Very good, use the product daily as Sourcing Manager for vendor onboarding and since the Due diligence is very rigid and secured gives assurances on the information gathered

Pros

SSO login provision, Easy access, ready to use buttons and very smooth interface, titles are properly arranged

Cons

Contracts tab is very confusing and no CLM layering provisioned and that would leave no clarity on documents exchange details

Pros

The user can rely on the platform, as Graphite guides the user to complete specific tasks effectively. Also the knowledge base is very helpful for everyday tasks.

Cons

The dashboard is very simplistic, it's missing a better filter and customization option. Also to assign tasks to users would be greatly appreciated, as it would make the team work more transparent.

The platform/UI looks good, intuitive, helpful at many steps. However, some of the sections feel overcomplicated, especially for smaller vendors, freelancers. There are some unclarified questions which make the completion of forms difficult. However, the support team is quite helpful when it comes to issues with the platform itself. But at the end, the user experience is defined by the company which commissioned Graphite's service, and the team behind the task at hand - and that does not make the use convenient. The parts of the process controlled by the serviced company can be slow or stuck for many days, and it's not Graphite's responsibility, but damages the experience.

Pros

Platform/UI design, helpful functions and support team.

Cons

Overcomplicated setup for small vendors or freelancers, local team behind the product.

We can't see how the process will be created at the beginning, but once it starts, we can see how it works, improve, and standardize the processes. No, it works as expected and we are working on tweaks to get it better and working on reduction on the Onboarding process.

Pros

it can house all information required for Onboarding and can create warkflows as needed.

Cons

Workflows cannot be restarted and SER (NSJ) can't be modified so it can reduce times.

Pros

I was anxious going into vendor onboarding as this would be my first time but the process was completely seamless. I was fully informed throughout and it was effortless and quick.

Cons

I created a test to feel my way through vendor onboarding. The platform won't let me delete the test and keeps prompting me to complete the onboarding. Worth creating an testing environment for first timers on platform.
