Pros Sonarqube connector to jira plugin quickly detect bugs and vulnerabilities and prioritize those with the normal project tasks. Because of that as developers, we won't miss anything. That's one of the big advantage of this. Cons As the limitation what I see is that it has limited the functionalities of sonarqube which provides on its own. I hope there will be more features of sonarqube in this plugin also. Pros This will automatically import sonarqube issues with jira and those issues then can be tracked and assigned. Main benefit for developers is the collaboration that make among the project team. As developers, we know where all the issues are and can find all the things in one single place. Cons I haven't face any issue regarding this plugin. No more copy and paste. It currently supports SonarQube 7.9.x, 8.x, 9.x and SonarCloud, it has a simple dashboard to look into all metrics like duplications density, LOC, technical debt and debt ratio, code coverage, comments density etc. Also, it is free for teams up to 10 people. Cons Unfortunately there is no easy way to connect your instance if it is not public, i.e. it's in your intranet. You have to pay for teams over 10 people. Also, you cannot see detailed history for all metrics from Jira. But the connector is great.
