I also enjoyed their customer support. My account managers are extremely proactive. I want to continue doing business with them, they are pretty reliable. Like all other applications, it's not perfect, and there's always room for improvement, but it serves the purpose in which we are using it for. Pros Digitisation of Credentials and bulk generation of verifiable certificate, also badges. I liked the integration of Canva for designing, also the Analytics feature, automated email sending . Cons On Mac System the CSV file did not display the fields properly, so the certificate were generated with the same name as in the template. Was not able to use it properly on Mac OS.
