Tout est fait pour accompagner le concepteur à créer une formation de qualité et très interactive pour l'apprenant. Pros La facilité de prise en main car l'outil est très intuitif. L'adaptive learning qui permet à chaque apprenant de maîtriser les informations clés à la fin de la formation en y passant plus ou moins de temps. L'expérience apprenant très qualitative : les informations sont bien mises en valeur. Le support technique réactif et très agréable. Le lien de validation qui facilite énormément les échanges avec les experts / testeurs avant la mise en ligne. Cons Des interactions sur le format image encore un peu limitées. Cela nous permet donc de nous focaliser sur la pédagogie, notre valeur ajoutée. Pros L'adaptive learning est sans conteste la fonctionnalité phare de Teach Up : l'IA de Teach Up permet automatiquement d'adapter en temps réel un parcours et/ou un module de formation digitale au niveau et aux besoins de chaque participant, pour le faire réussir.L'outil est par ailleurs très aisé à prendre en main (pas de technicité particulière) et permet à des formateurs présentiel d'enrichir pédagogiquement leurs parcours de formation (digitalisation d'une partie des apports, réactivation post formation, Afest...). Cons On peut personnaliser graphiquement l'aspect de Teach Up, et beaucoup de jeux sont disponibles, mais on ne peut pas créer de jeu sur-mesure.
