Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Programm und können es jeden Caterer in unserer Sparte empfehlen. Meines erachtens könnte dieses Programm in meheren Bereichen eingesetzt werden.

Pros

Sehr einfach zu bedienen für uns und auch für unsere Kunden. Wir sparen uns dadurch sehr viel Zeit, Kosten und Personalaufwand. Nun können wir auch einfacher auf Kundenwünsche eingehen. Es ist auf jeden Betrieb und Produktionslinie abgestimmt. Wünsche und Ideen werden sofort und nach unseren Wünschen umgesetzt. Ein super Kundenservice!

Cons

Wir haben noch keine Nachteile gefunden.

Wie konnte ich ohne Caterklick arbeiten? Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass es im Bereich Gemeinschaftsverpflegung ein optimaler Gewinn ist, mit der Software arbeiten zu dürfen.

Pros

Das wichtigste ist eine deutliche Verbesserung und Zeitersparnis bei den Vorbereitungen vor dem Kochen

Cons

Es gibt für mich keinen Grund etwas negatives über Caterklick zu schreiben.

Pros

Unsere Erfahrung mit der Catering-Software war absolut erstklassig. Was uns besonders beeindruckt hat, war der herausragende Kundenservice. Das Team hinter dieser Software zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Erreichbarkeit aus und reagiert äußerst schnell auf unsere Anfragen und Bedürfnisse. Die Benutzeroberfläche der Software ist äußerst benutzerfreundlich und leicht zu bedienen. Besonders erfreulich ist auch, dass die Kitas, die unsere Dienste nutzen, äußerst zufrieden sind. Dank der Catering-Software können wir ihre individuellen Anforderungen und Wünsche problemlos erfüllen, was zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit beiträgt. Das System wird ständig erweitert und optimiert.

Rundum: Wir können diese Software jedem Caterer in dieser Branche empfehlen. Herausragend ist auf der einen Seite der Support und auf der anderen Seite, dass diese Software immer weiterentwickelt wird, z.B. werden Ideen, die wir als Unternehmen wünschen bzw. brauchen sofort in die Tat umgesetzt, so dass diese Software lebt.

Pros

Ein besonderer Vorteil liegt im sogenannten Portal. Hier können unsere Kunden ihren täglichen Bedarf und Wünsche einfach und schnell hinterlegen. Früher mussten wir mühsam jedes Kunden-Mail von "Hand eintragen". Das erspart nun Zeit und vor allem werden viele Fehlerquellen unterbunden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Automatisierung von Warenwirtschaft und Produktion.

Cons

Am Anfang ist es wie immer. Man muss sich erst mal mit der Software beschäftigen. Große Nachteile gab es nicht. Und wenn wir einmal ein Problem hatten, wurde dies schnellstmöglich erledigt.

Pros

Schnelle Bestellung durch Cateklick, Rechnungen und Lieferscheine sind sofort erstellt und versendet.

alles was evtl. Probleme verursacht hätte, wurde sofort mit dem Chef geklärt :-)
