Has many options in terms of content creation, but has bugs when it comes to refreshing sometimes or bringing in new filters.

Cons

Very ad heavy sometimes with it being in video and image form. Can also introduce content that isn’t age appropriate if breached.

It works well for engaging the audience, especially our younger target group with our radio campaigns. While it is easy to use, it has a few problems, such as bugs and team collaboration options. The customization options are decent but still can be better geared towards creativity folks like we are in the field of. It may be somewhat unusual, but it has a great marketing value.

Pros

TikTok has proven to be a wonderful platform for creating the best engagement among the younger ones. I have seen how creatives can use them as an Account Executive to drive campaigns for local artists and events and the trending audio tools are hugely useful in attracting attention. The fact that you can tailor content to target individual audiences is particularly useful for radio promotions. Its analytics are not too bad for providing an insight into the performance trends.

Cons

Without reliable screen sharing, it's more difficult to work collaboratively with colleagues on video drafts or campaign ideas. There are times that bugs arise particularly when you upload content, especially longer video formats, and customer support aren't always quick to respond to problems. Also better thought out music rights management would be a welcome addition reflecting our interest in the broadcast business.

I post about 10 videos on TikTok per week since 2022, they are a real platform for being popular and advertising your brand.

Pros

The platform is very strong to propose videos people will like. Editing tools inside are also great to create your first videos.

Cons

My last favorite part of TikTok is you can't only be a creator without spending time on it liking, commenting and reposting, that's required to have a good credit score for your videos to perform too

I have been using TikTok for several years now, and I have to say this app has completely changed the way I entertain myself and stay informed on a daily basis. the recommendation algorithm is genuinely impressive, it learns my preferences quickly and suggests videos that perfectly match my interests. I also really appreciate the diversity of creators on the platform and how easy it is to discover varied content within seconds.

Cons

I find the app can become very addictive, I often catch myself losing track of time while scrolling for hours without realizing it. Content quality is also quite uneven, you quickly go from an enriching video to something superficial or repetitive that doesn't add much value.

Tiktok used to have a way to make money by watching videos, now I don't see that anymore. Apart from the various internet error bugs. Every time there is an internet connection error to view the story or even view the feed.
