I mostly use it to watch other creators’ content, but it is very easy to make your own content as well. Pros I love the algorithm and how it finds videos that I am interested in. Content creator Online Media Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "TikTok support is a joke" March 5, 2025 1.0 My account with almost 10k got hacked on 2/11. I sent support tickets in and heard nothing from support. On 2/18, I got back into my account on my own because I had set up a passkey for TikTok studio. I changed all the hackers info back to mine and started posting again. I even posted a video about my experience and how I got my account back by myself. On 2/27, I went to open TikTok and got a message that my account was locked and asked by support to confirm information to verify that it was me. I immediately responded with the information. I am really trying to build my account \[sensitive content hidden\] and it is so disheartening to now be locked out of that account for the second time in a month for multiple weeks with no response from support. If you know anything about the TikTok algorithm, it pushes videos out when you post frequently and consistently so this experience has hurt my growth on that app. I also do TT shop on that account so to not have access to it is limiting financial opportunities. I still have heard nothing from TikTok support. Cons Ce qui je n'aime pas sur Tiktok c'est le manque de "surveillance" il y à des vidéos qui ne devraient jamais être en ligne à la vue de tous . The interface is clean and straight forward and has a low learning curve. It's easy for someone to learn, even with limited exposure and aptitude for social media platforms. With solid content, a user can reach a large audience very quickly. I would like to see more enhanced analytics, but overall, it's a great tool. Pros I enjoyed the ease of uploading video content for my small business and the ease of reaching a large audience. Cons The analytics seem to be limited and could offer more potential here. This is especially helpful for small businesses tracking data with relation to their audience's response and success when trying different types of content. I’ve been trying to fix it for OVER A YEAR and keep getting the same canned email responses if I submit a ticket through the app or email their feedback address (which is a canned response directing me to the ticket in app option). I’ve done this 50 something times and still no resolve. I really want to use TikTok for my small business but they aren’t allowing me the time of day when trying to fix this very important part.
