I enjoy the ability to connect with people I know on a more personal level because of what they share. The tiktok shop has a lot of great products and offers several ways to pay. They've also partnered with several shippers so the items arrive very quickly and they have a great return policy. Lastly if you are a beginner, making simple videos is very easy by simply clicking the plus button and then selecting the maximum length of your video. Pros What I enjoy most is the ability to follow people who's interest you enjoy. When you click on the tab, you will find the most recent videos they've made and you can continue to scroll and watch until you're caught up. If you accidentally close out of a video and need to find it, you can go to the search bar, type a period and the videos you've watched will be there in order. Cons I wish we had the ability to play and listen to videos while not in the app. There was a recent glitch or issue where I was only able to see "for you" videos and the shopping cart. Pros What I like the most is that it is a fun way to pass the time when there isn't anything else to do. I also like that they post news stories not just from the area where I live but from all over. I Cons What I like least is it is easy to not pay attention to the time while scrolling through the videos and when you look at the time hours can have passed. I heard it might be my region is not allowed to access the shop, Account Is created under the United States region because I live in Puerto Rico; I tried to contact customer support, but they never answer what I’m asking for. I just need to know why I doesn’t have access to the shop anymore and how to get it back? Pros What like the most, is that it keeps me updated into every trending stuff. Cons What I like list is the Customer Service, because I’ve been trying to contact them in order to get help with the topic; and I haven’t received an answer to fix my problem.
