"Sip &Support Fundraiser"

**Overall:** Excellent experience. It gave our ministry the ability to raise more funds by not having to pay huge fees for Better World

**Pros:** The instant chat with representatives. They were always very helpful with any questions we had. As a small nonprofit we saved so much money in paying fees.

**Cons:** Difficult to find instruction articles while signed in to my account. Seems the added fees were hard for guests to find.

"Great Support"

**Overall:** Been using Betterworld now for over 3 years, the tech support and communication is great wirh them. Always very fast and responsive. I dont appreciate how they raised their membership prices in one year to nearly double the amount.

**Pros:** Its easy to set up and navigate. And the Support is great.

**Cons:** I wish there was a way of taking all number of chances and creating a random numbered list to print out.
