As I said it’s pretty easy to navigate and withdrawal funds. Pros I love that it is pretty simple to set up and get started. I love how easy it is to collect payments. I love that it is free for my nonprofit to use and I can navigate it pretty well! Cons Some features I have trouble with such as accidentally duplicating an event and then I’m stuck with it. I can’t figure out how to delete it. Some of our guests have had trouble signing up for events if they’re using their phone. The tech support in the beginning was necessary and helpful. Very easy to learn. I love this platform and strongly recommend it to other organizations! Pros Betterworld.org is an amazing platform that supports my charity's fundraising efforts. I can create events, sell tickets, track sales, and collect donor information for future events! I can create fundraising campaigns and online auctions/raffles. There are multiple uses for this site and it makes fundraising a breeze! Cons The only con is getting to the "Dashboard" from the home page. Sometimes the Dashboard icon isn't always visible even though I'm logged in. Completely minor problem!
