A reliable and well-rounded CRM that has genuinely supported our studio's growth, backed by strong industry knowledge and a responsive team. As they continue to expand into new markets like Italy, addressing localization needs alongside greater customization flexibility and more proactive bug management will take this platform from very good to truly exceptional for boutique fitness studios worldwide

Pros

The platform is highly responsive, with proactive follow-ups to ensure we're making consistent progress. The team is genuinely open to feedback and receiving suggestions for improvement to feedback to their central teams. From a usability standpoint, the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and we've received a great deal of positive feedback from our clients on the app's aesthetics — always a plus in the boutique fitness space. In terms of value for money, the package goes beyond a standard CRM. The inclusion of Google SEO support — with monthly performance tracking and actionable best practices — makes it a well-rounded tool for growing our online presence. Finally, their deep expertise in the boutique fitness industry was invaluable when we were just starting out. Having a partner who understood our niche from day one made the onboarding process significantly smoother.

Cons

While the platform covers the essentials well, greater flexibility in personalizing the app and overall client experience to better reflect our studio's specific needs would be a welcome addition — particularly for fixes that are straightforward to implement on the backend. On the support side, a more proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring bugs would go a long way. When the same issue surfaces multiple times, we'd love to see the team get ahead of it rather than waiting for us to flag it again, helping prevent the same disruptions from affecting our operations repeatedly. As the platform has only recently expanded into Italy, we did encounter some limitations around translations and the ability to accommodate country-specific requirements — such as local regulations. Understandable given the early stage of their Italian rollout, but something worth flagging for studios operating in the market.

Great and overall pretty seamless. Transition from Mindbody was successful and not too difficult. They made it easy.

Pros

Helpful and kind people with timely service. I appreciate the value for money when it comes to what they offer.

Cons

Sometimes wording is confusing, possibly due to how the software is written with the language. That’s the only part I have noticed.

The support and what you get is clear at the start and not over-stated. I had tried to migrate before and many things that I was "sold" on, was not truly available when it came down to it.

Pros

The client support is amazing from start to finish! When I had a question, if they didn't know it, they would always come back at our next meeting with answers.

Cons

Migration itself was a little rough. But they are still helping tremendously! The credits and financial information did not transfer as smoothly as hoped, but they are doing everything to fix it.

Kenko held my hand the hold way, guiding me through a process I understand very little about. They were fast, convenient, and helped me brand my studio better on my website and get more exposure.

The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to creating a positive experience. What I appreciate most is the clear communication and supportive environment, which made everything easy to navigate and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values both professionalism and people. I’m very happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend Kenko.

What I liked most about Kenko was the supportive and professional environment. The team made the entire experience feel welcoming, organized, and stress-free from the start. I also appreciated the clear communication and how responsive everyone was whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

Cons

If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that there was a lot of information shared during the onboarding process at once, which could feel a little overwhelming initially. I loved working with \[sensitive content hidden\] there support has made this experience very comfortable. They were the best part of the experience I also oved how the data was transfered and there were not a lot of hickups. I enjoyed learning this I wasnt aware of like AI.

I have only been with them for a month so far, but the support is phenomenal! Training my staff is easy. Set up is intuitive and quick. My website looks great! I had to do a lot of the backend setup with my integrations, like Stripe, Zoom, and Google Workspace, but it's worth it, and the same with other providers.

high price.....6k a year to 400 bucks my other one. complicated app website kenko site. the client site with the calendar showing the improvement and motivation needs to go AWAY!! no need no motivation....clients just want to see calendar and book. this thing takes too much space...remove it please just put weekly calendar.

Help with account management and advertisement - they were patient and walked me through the things I needed to know!

At this point do not have any cons I have been very pleased with the overall service and individual comprehension attention given to help my business succeed!

Overall experience is great ! The marketing for my business has been a game changer ! I am seeing a big difference in the amount of people coming to the studio

Pros

They are always on top of everything when needed. Any issue I have they fix it quickly. I highly recommend.

Cons

The only thing is having a few glitches in the app. Other than that Kenko is amazing !! They make sure to stay on top of whatever is needed
