The experience was very smooth and easy to get through, having an assigned onboarding coach to walk me through every step and answer questions was very useful. The booking system itself is also great once set up.

Pros

The responsiveness of the team and the clear details for every step of setting up made the process smooth and easy to learn.

Cons

There are a few specific features and technical aspects of the platform that took some time to figure out and that I would like in the future, but having a roadmap feature to request certain things to add was also very useful.

They are always on top of everything when needed. Any issue I have they fix it quickly. I highly recommend.

Cons

The only thing is having a few glitches in the app. Other than that Kenko is amazing !! They make sure to stay on top of whatever is needed

We've had a very great experience, the transition has been smooth and quick. Like I've stated before, they accommodate to our schedule, listened to what we wanted the website look like and delivered.

Pros

They are quick and made the process easy for us to transition into. They also made out website very pretty.

Cons

Time difference, I wish we were on the same time zone just to make some things easier. But they do always respond in a timely manner and they always accommodate to our schedule.

Pros

The user interface, both for the business and clients, is so seamless and user friendly. Everything is simple but very modern and stylish. The ease of use creates a low barrier to entry for clients to see our classes, make a purchase, and book their spot. We can already see a lift in our sales and we're confident that's because they are able to navigate the site and app much better than our previous provider.

Cons

So far, there's nothing we don't like! We are looking forward to new features launching in the future that we think could make our experience, and other studios experience, even better!

Overall, a great experience. The team genuinely cares about doing what’s best for the studio and is clearly invested in your success. They’re easy to reach, responsive, and always willing to find a solution when something comes up.

Pros

Our onboarding experience with Kenko was genuinely seamless from start to finish. The setup process was incredibly intuitive, and the support team made everything feel organized, efficient, and stress-free. We were able to get fully up and running without any confusion, which is rare when transitioning systems. We also want to highlight how helpful the team was throughout the process. \[sensitive content hidden\] were amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt confident every step of the way. AB was also a great addition to the experience and added even more value with their support and insights.

Cons

None, overall an easy onboarding. With any issue the team is easy to reach out to and get a better understanding of the issue and find a resolution.

Terrible. I would run as fast as possible away from this company.

Pros

Initally, everything looked great, it seemed like a good fit for our business

Cons

But after signing the contract, and seeing they used misleading verbiage regarding cancellation in their Terms and Conditions, everything went downhill. We used them for one month, didnt even get past the onboading, and they refused to release us from the contract, even though they stated 30 day notice to cancel (not edited). Very shady business practices. They offered to waive the subscription fee, but we would be locked into a business with a non compete, and have our clientele have to experience their business practices.

Has been very good, I have loved everyone I've worked with on the team - very responsive and helpful. I love my new website and studio growth so far!

Pros

The Kenko team has been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. I had them remake my website from scratch - and they honored every detail I wanted. I love it! They have adhered to discussed deadlines, and delivered on what was promised. They have also been doing SEO and work with google - and my page was ranking #1 within the first couple months! I feel like the expectations were clear, and straightforward, and I am really happy to continue to use them for my website and online presence.

Cons

Nothing yet, have been happy with my experience so far. I don't feel like they are as pushy as some other companies in insisting on additional services, they are respectful of where I am with my business needs.

Since booking software is new to me, having her support made a huge difference in getting everything set up properly.

Pros

Kenko is an easy-to-use booking software that works well for both businesses and consumers. The intuitive interface makes scheduling and managing appointments seamless.

Cons

The system can be a bit slow at times, and I haven’t yet figured out how to accurately connect a payment system to the software. Some improvements in this area would enhance the overall experience.

I love Bookee and and the dedicated manager AB that I have for support about ANYTHING! He is very knowledgeable on the entire system and takes me step by step, answers all my questions and if he doesn't know it right off top he will let me know he will follow up once he has the right answer. We have 1 on 1 weekly meetings to make sure that I am confident and comfortable with Bookee and He always updates me on all the new functionalities coming soon with visuals too. I am able to train my staff with ease and its fun because of how easy it is to move through Bookee. I recommend Bookee to everyone for your brand and business because it will make you and your clients happy and take your brand to the next level!

Pros

I love how straight to the point Bookee is visually. I love the simplicity of how to navigate through the platform.

Cons

There is no test mode on things besides the notifications. There are no training documents or manuals or anything electronic for you to be able to go back to when you need help or have questions as a new client. I know there is support but they are not always available. you send a message and then an automated message comes to you and sometimes your question still doesn't get answered.

They value customer experience a lot, which prevents them from becoming a feature factory and build features that are actually the best present as of now in the market. The team is helpful, great support and people from the team get on a call with me at times to discuss my experience. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Cons

I had requested for the CRM to be compatible on other devices and this problem has been solved recently too, so nothing as of yet.

My experience has been excellent. We have been with Bookee from nearly the beginning and they have given so much attention to the user's experience. They are always really responsive and so attentive to your needs. And they don't charge for every little thing like some other programs, which is a deeply refreshing experience.

Pros

It's INTUITIVE, which makes it easy to use and navigate. It's easy to train staff to use it. It is sleek and modern and meets all of our needs.

Cons

Bookee really listens to their users and therefore are releasing new features all the time. It can sometimes be hard to keep up on what the new releases have to offer.

Mindbody was constantly up-charging me while making my life more difficult on their very archaic platform. My main goal was to find a clean, up to date, and new company that made the experience for myself and my users very intuitive and easy. People are not always very tech savvy so a program on the user end needs to be simplified while doing what we need. And on the back end it needs to be robust and intuitive at the same time. Bookee was exactly what I was looking for.

Pros

I really like how easy, smooth, and user-friendly Bookee is. And that's on both ends - the frontend, customer-facing side of the system as well as the backend, management side of the system, which I use almost daily. The system isn't buggy at all. It is amazingly and awesomely smooth running. Also, it is full of many features. Features to make the functionality better for you and your team; features to make the functionality better for your customers; features to make your workload less; features to help you evaluate and improve your business. And, they are constantly adding more features to the system to continue making it better and smoother. Bookee integrates seamlessly with many other applications that you need to run your business. As a result, Bookee makes your job easier. Lastly, the team was very attentive and helpful every step of the way during the system onboarding process. There was a lot of handholding throughout the process - and I mean that in the very best way. There was no point when I ever felt like I was on my own as I was setting up the system for my business.

Cons

There are a few challenges with Bookee. The schedule/calendar, from the customer's point of view, could use a little tweaking. When a class session is canceled, it would be better if it showed as "canceled" rather than being removed from the calendar. Deleting the canceled session from the calendar can look like the class is no longer offered which can be confusing to customers. Also, it would be great if the schedule/calendar had more viewing options, like an option that only shows the days that classes are offered and leaves "no class days" off the schedule. For example, if you don't offer classes on Fridays, it would be great to have a schedule display option that doesn't show empty Fridays on the schedule. Though Bookee is really good about considering requests to change the system, it can take a really long time for them to make the system changes that they agree to make. Technical Support acknowledges inquiries very quickly. However, they aren't always timely in resolving the problem you inquired about. Sometimes, they resolve issues in a very timely way. Other times, they are very slow to resolve issues. Account managers change often. In the last 6 months, I've had 3 different account managers. Though the changes have happened for understandable reasons, regularly having to pivot and adjust to a new manager makes it hard to build a relationship with them.

Overall positive experience with transferring from our old system. Everything is much easier to use and having the website, mobile app and admin end of the system being integrated together allows our team to provide and more cohesive experience for our members.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Member interaction and automation is very helpful or our small business time management. Mobile app is clean and easy to use along with troubleshooting member concerns

Cons

No hourly setting for staff payroll or percentage option for paying staff that are appointment based.

Bookee was the most cost effective fix to the issues that we had with our old system and also provided some features that would allow our business to expand.

Bookee has been mission-critical for my client's business and has not disappointed. While the software is great, the best feature is the incredible customer support. We've had a dedicated project manager from the start to help us get started and they've followed through with support and advice every step of the way—not just at the beginning. Their team is always very responsive, and moreover, have shown dedication to continuously improve the product. In just a few months they've rolled out a number of new or improved features with many more scheduled. Easily the most personalized, engaged, and effective customer support team I've seen for a SaaS product. Thank you!

Pros

As a designer and developer, the software was easy to integrate with our Webflow project. I used this for a business that required clients to be able to book multiple service types with different instructors at different locations. I'd had no experience with this type of integration and the setup was very straightforward. I'm in the Bookee dashboard on a daily basis and the backend UI is a pleasure to use.

Cons

While there are are a few customization options for the front end, I would love to see more flexibility with customizing the front end user experience/design.

Pros

The most important feature of any booking platform is dependability. And in the 1+ years I’ve used Bookee, the system has never crashed, it has always been available and accurate. Also, the customer service is outstanding. Whenever I’ve had an issue or a feature request, Bookee has always addressed it in a timely manner.

Cons

The platform is still new, so it doesn’t quite yet have the CRM capabilities of some of the bigger, more expensive booking platforms, but they are making strides.

Pros

This software covers many bases for my studio and is convenient and fairly easy to use. The custom app feature is fantastic. Reps were amazing, fast, highly available, and friendly.

Cons

There are a few minor glitches that I've experienced regarding issues changing/updating class details. Would love expanded membership alteration options.

The customer service and ease of use for Bookee has been incredible! We've been working with AB and he has been AMAZING in supporting us every step of the way. Bookee was BY FAR, the most transparent team to work with. We also love that the online portal embeds into our website making the whole process seamless.

Cons

The features that aren't available on Bookee seem to be in the works. There have been a few glitches with discounts and notifications but we're getting them worked out. I wish there was an easier way to grab links to specific classes or link to a certain date on the calendar. Other than that, we love it!

From using multiple Gym CRMs, this one has been the easiest and most convenient one to use.

Pros

The ease of scheduling, keeping track of client sessions, and creating customizable packages that best reflect the business and direction. Customer support is always on point; if a solution is unavailable, the bookie team can make it.

Cons

The bookee business app for mobile atleast can be improved on. The desktop version is top tier, but if the team can find a way to make things more accessible on the go, there will be more adoption from more users.

Pros

As a Product Manager, I really took my time when selecting and comparing different booking and scheduling softwares, from Mindbody, GloFox, MarianTek, Bookee, Wellness Living, and 4-5 other options. Bookee really stood out as the winner with its modern, user-friendly customer facing UI, and sophisticated functionalities in the backend. Customer support is easy to access, and I love that they constantly have new features rolling out. As a customer, I feel heard.

Cons

Customer support hours are a bit restrictive, meaning weekends, and nights there is no responses until later. Some features were promised at initial onboarding but were never prioritized or rolled out.
