Cons

I wish there was a way to run a report for lost sheep. meaning showing a list of members that haven't been here in a while.

Very easy to navigate! Searching for clients and popping them into my schedule is super easy

Cons

Having to manually put in floor hours is a bit tedious. It would be awesome if there was an option to put in multiple floor hours at once rather than individually. It can also take an awful long time to load

Pros

Bookee has an excellent support staff. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very flexible with his schedule to help onboard.

Cons

Limited hours of help availability. I had concerns on the weekend and had to wait until business hours.

Reason for choosing Kenko

I like Bookee's product better. It best meet my needs.

The team had brookie is a pleasure to deal with, and the software is working for us.

Pros

Excellent customer service. Also very customizable for my business.

Cons

A few small features are missing, such as the ability to make notes on appointments, but the staff listens and is working on altering the software to best to our needs

Pros

Ease of access. User friendly with intuitive interface. Things are easy to use and straught forward even for a novice person.

Cons

Difficult to tell when people are checked in for class or if someone else has already checked them in. This took some getting used to.
