Dock

## What is Dock?

Dock is the AI revenue enablement platform that gives revenue teams real-time guidance across the entire customer lifecycle. Sales reps use digital deal rooms to collaborate with buyers, share content, and manage mutual action plans from one link. Enablement teams build and manage a centralized content library that AI keeps organized and searchable. Learning tools — including structured courses, always-on playbooks, and an AI Enablement Agent — give reps the training and guidance they need in the flow of work, not just during formal onboarding sessions. The AI Enablement Agent answers product questions, recommends relevant content, and provides deal-specific guidance instantly, so reps are never stuck waiting for a manager or digging through documentation. Buyer engagement analytics give managers and reps visibility into how prospects are interacting with workspaces and content, and those signals sync directly to Salesforce and HubSpot.

I really love Dock because of it's Ui and easy to use model. It's very easy to navigate and our clients love it.

Pros

I love how customizable the client portal is for our clients. You can add PDFs, Pricing tables, calendars and onboarding checklist.

Cons

It's not a complete CRM and task manager although it's a really good at centrilizing our client's portfolio.
