Pros

Once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use. The new platform has helped getting around.

Cons

This is based on old software. It is tied into the state software, so we did not have a choice on what software to use. It could have more features.

LINQ has more NFC options than the competition.

Cons

Cost more than others. Customization leaves a little to be desired. Could be better for the cost
