Complexité d'utilisation. pas adapté au process

Collaboratif/participatif Ludique ( démarche de “gamification”) (ideate,images,challenges,commentaires,likes etc…) Complet (indicateurs faisabilité, matrices diverses,notations,BM secondaires, Planification)

Cons

Absence de vision synthétique moindre et peu processuelle (mulitplicité des indicateurs nuit à effet de synthèse)  Une visualisation des projets peu optimale (absence de fiches synthétiques) Indépendance des modules = coupure dans le traitement des idées et faible cohérence d’ensemble ( 2 fois de la planification Projet dans select et scope) Peu de transparence à chaque étape du processs (portfolio etc…)

The main benefit was to identify and maintain the focus on key priorities to save resources (budget & FTEs)

Pros

Strategeex is a software that helps to consolidate the data available and provides a clear view of the situation (market) to make the right decisions. As this software is online it allows a collaborative work with a final consolidation through relevant dashboards. This software is highly customisable & the support provided by the local team is great.

Cons

This would be great if the software could make calculations (market shares, % of growth....).

Nous l'utilisons pour la planification des taches essentiellement. Les reportings et les SWOT sont également très intéressant en "pré projet" et pour prioriser les projets

Sa simplicité d'utilisation. C'est très visuel pour une utilisation en équipe

Cons

les temps de chargement sont parfois beaucoup trop longs
