Pros I enjoy being able to bill and update clients on matters as they progress. This is an effective product that gets the job done. It works for our needs. Cons I think it could be more user friendly. It is not my favorite billing platform but it is also not terrible. I have grown used to it and have to use it frequently. Pros I really enjoy the improvements they have made to TyMetrix360. I was not a fan in the past when our firm had to use it but they have really come a long way in the last few years to improving the user interface. Cons I feel like there is still room for improvement on the user interface. I feel like some things are needlessly complicated that could easily been streamlined for a more user friendly experience. Overall though it is not a bad program. Reasons for choosing TyMetrix 360° We did not chose TyMetrix 360. We have to bill clients on their preferred platform. It is not one I would chose but it is completely effective and meets our needs.
