Onboarding an employee becomes really easy with realcoderz. We can assign HR policies to newly onboarded employees and they can sign them electronically in the same portal.

Cons

The software is really good in functionality, so no negative from us.

I learned the whole platform in one single day. The functionality is effortlessly easy to understand and fast as well. I mark my attendance daily using the RC teambuilder mobile app.

Cons

Overall the platform and app work well. Till now, I haven't found any issue using the RC teambuilder HR software.

Pros

I am using RC teambuilders' mobile app, and it is a smooth and user-friendly application. I like how an employee can interact with their supervisors using this mobile app. Apply for leaves and also see their assigned tasks anywhere. Also, mark their attendance from home and office using this excellent mobile app.

Cons

There can be add-on features like night mode, video calling, etc., although it's a good and fast working HRMS mobile app.
