excellente expérience tant en conseil en amont du choix , sur la phase pilote qu'en production avec une grande réactivité de l'équipe EverReady.

Pros

Solution extrêmement facile à déployer qui amène un bénéfice immédiat (récupération de tous les contacts / mails) et de long terme temps sur la qualité des datas dans le CRM que sur le temps nécessaire pour y parvenir. Impact de 2H par semaine gagnées par commercial.

Cons

Rien à signaler de particulier sur cette solution qui répond à notre besoin

Néophyte sur l'utilisation je dirais simplement que sur le rapport hebdomadaire il serait intéressant d'avoir accès à une synthèse plus détaillé de l'activité en front page (contacts ajoutés, nature des activités enregistrées...)

Pros

Cela permet d'avoir de façon hebdomadaire d'avoir un rapport d'activité détaillé. C'est utile en tant qu'utilisateur car nous pouvons voir d'une semaine sur l'autre si notre activité est plus ou moins volumique et sur la qualité de cette activité.

Cons

Il y a, toutjours en tant qu'utilisateur, un questionnement sur l'utilité réelle de cet outil, à savoir: ne serait-ce pas surtout un outil de contrôle de son activité par ses managers.

Très bonne expérience.

Pros

Notre parcours avec Everready est très satisfaisant. Nous avons bénéficié et bénéficions aujourd'hui d'un suivi sans faille. Les collaborateurs d'Everready ont pris le temps d'adapter leur système à notre organisation et de le déployer de manière assurante. Les fonctionnalités de créations , d'alimentation des contacts et de créaction automatiques font gagner un temps considérable à notre équipe commerciale. L'équipe d'Everready est par ailleurs toujours disponible pour échanger et améliorer leur système.

Cons

Le système des Dashboard n'est pas encore tout à fait optimal mais a déjà améliorer depuis le début de notre expérience.
