Pros EHSSoftware.io is easy to use, customizable to your needs, customer support is fantastic and quickly responds, mobile app is available, and it can be used for multiple applications. Cons The only issue I have found with EHSSoftware is that it is not compatible with MS Edge browser which causes issues with completing some training items. I get it, but I'd like to know more than 2 to 3 months in advance. I would definely select them again. We had a short list of 3 vendors and it was very difficult to decide which vendor to select. We are very happy with our choice. Pros I like how their incident management, audit and inspection and safety observation software is well integrated. Once you learn how to use one module the next module are intuitive and easy to use. Compliance calendar, EZ Safety Forms and Workflows and Safe Bulletins have been a big hit at our company. Cons When we purchased they did not have Risk Module. However, it was on their product roadmap. They agreed to start develop if we signed up. They held up their end of the deal and the risk module works well for what we need. Cons The admin UI is straight forward once you use it few times, however, for a new admin it may take few days to ramp-up. Supervisors and employees log observations and near-misses because it’s fast and painless, leadership trusts the data because it’s real-time and accurate. They’ve continued to roll out useful updates and have implemented several of our suggestions without extra cost. We went from a paper-heavy safety program to a mature, data-driven one that’s embedded in daily operations. It’s not the biggest name in the EHS space it is probably one of the most effective platforms. Pros I was one of the early adopters when EHSSoftware.io (Wise Businessware) first launched, and I’ll be honest — I signed up expecting a basic incident reporting tool. What actually surprised me the most was how robust and well-thought-out the Learning Management System turned out to be. One of the best things is that we eliminated paper forms completely and the incident management ensures everything is tracked to completion. Cons If I have to name something I liked least, it would be that EHSSoftware.io isn’t really an ‘out-of-the-box, flip-the-switch-and-go’ solution like some of the simpler checklist apps. It does require a proper implementation phase—configuring workflows, setting up your specific risk library, importing users, mapping your existing processes, etc - which is time consuming. But honestly, I don’t count that as a true con. In fact, it’s the opposite of a con for us. Because the system is so flexible, the Wise Businessware team works closely with you during setup and literally customizes everything to match exactly how your company operates. They rebuilt our entire incident investigation forms, hierarchy, approval routing, and CAPA workflows in under three weeks, and it fits us like a glove. I’ve been through “plug-and-play” systems before that were ready on day one…and completely useless by day thirty because they couldn’t adapt. I can't express how much we enjoy the partnership and willingness to work with us. They have an excellent product and truly care about the customer. Pros When we were looking to move to a different EHS software there were a number of issues we considered. We looked at cost, ability to modify, ease of use and understanding, and support. As we began to use the initial system, we began to identify projects that we could tie into the software. Each time we identified a project we would discuss with \[sensitive content hidden\] and with his assistance we were able to develop many additional modules. Cons There were no issues that we would consider bad. If we had an issue we would contact EHSSoftware with the issue and a response would be within hours notifying us of the receipt and if needed a Teams meeting established to discuss.
