It is always dependable and covers the areas I need in the DFW area. Pros The best features of Nearmap is it' up to date mapping. I can easily refer to Nearmap and get the latest view of the existing construction site before we begin bidding and developing the job. Cons The cost is high and it may not be worth the expense unless you utilize the program often to make it worth it. You should investigate to make sure the software covers the areas you are wanting to view. Due to them denying me the cancellation option(was done as soon as I received their invoice Pros Have been using for 4 years. Some areas not covered but overall a reasonable service. Has been a useful resource but administration side is pathetic Cons Tried to cancel my subscription. They do auto renew subscriptions with a 7 day cancellation policy. Invoice sent 1day after cancellation option closes. I've used it for locations where I couldn't find anything with other location apps. Pros The best part of Nearmap is it gets updated every 3 months unlike other location services . It is easy to integrate with other engineering apps like Pylon etc . Nearmap provides a very clear and up-to-date location and resolution. Cons It is a but expensive.
