We told them to cancel and void the contract numerous times but they sent us to collections. Worst experience we ever dealt with and very unprofessional. BEWARE! Pros We were sold on features that Nearmap couldn't provide. They refused to void the contract even though we didn't use it and met with their team who told us they couldn't provide the feature we needed. The imagery was high resolution 10% of the time. Steer clear, you're better off with Eagleview or another provider. Cons They sold us on features they couldn't provide that we were only able to find out they couldn't after trying to integrate with Nearmap. Their team said what we needed wasn't possible. It is always dependable and covers the areas I need in the DFW area. Pros The best features of Nearmap is it' up to date mapping. I can easily refer to Nearmap and get the latest view of the existing construction site before we begin bidding and developing the job. Cons The cost is high and it may not be worth the expense unless you utilize the program often to make it worth it. You should investigate to make sure the software covers the areas you are wanting to view. Has been a useful resource but administration side is pathetic Cons Tried to cancel my subscription. They do auto renew subscriptions with a 7 day cancellation policy. I've used it for locations where I couldn't find anything with other location apps. Pros The best part of Nearmap is it gets updated every 3 months unlike other location services . It is easy to integrate with other engineering apps like Pylon etc . Nearmap provides a very clear and up-to-date location and resolution. Cons It is a but expensive.
