The people in the team were friendly and listened to our issues throughout our partnership with them. Our customer services rep was helpful at onboarding staff and responsive. A senior member of the team joined several calls to acknowledge the flaws in our product compared to the MVP we had experienced before purchase. This person explained what the company was doing to address the flaws. As we off-boarded we were contacted by organisational leaders who requested feedback and reflected on it. Our experience with the people at StellarUp overall was good, it was the product that wasn't ready. While StellarUp was not ready for us, we believe it has potential. Had it worked fully then it would have presented good value for money compared to competitors. **Pros:** We had useful onboarding calls with the team as we got onto the platform. We liked the range of functions on the platform - unfortunately few of them worked as expected 100% of the time. **Cons:** 1\. The platform was difficult for our mentors and mentees to use.For example - there were two different ways to create and join a mentorship call. This was not explained to users as part of any onboarding so, before we addressed the issue through our own comms, we had a number of users try to speak to each other and end up on different calls without understanding that was the case.2. Performance/Speed of the platform.It was too slow our users in many areas in the Middle East and North Africa where internet speeds are slower.3.
