L'unicité du service d'écriture manuscrite suffit à faire de Manuscry un must-have pour toutes le sstructures qui souhaitent personnaliser leur relation client et en faire un vecteur d'émotion. L'interface est plutôt bien faite, et le service client est absolument phénoménal.

Cons

Il m'a manqué une fonction pay-per-use avec un prix unitaire pour chaque carte envoyée

Pros

Les équipes de Manuscry nous ont bien accompagnés dans la création de notre campagne. Un service rapide et efficace, sans problème, comme on les aime. L'outil est particulièrement facile d'utilisation et les fonctionnalités sont nombreuses.

RAS pour ma campagne ponctuelle (environ 5k destinataires)

J'ai apprécié les nombreuses possibilités de personnalisation, que ce soit sur le design de la carte ou sur l'écriture en elle-même. La connexion aux plateformes e-commerce via Zapier est très simple, et l'équipe est très réactive et arrangeante. Nous envoyions déjà des cartes manuscrites pour des opérations occasionnelles, mais nous allons désormais intégrer ce canal de façon plus durable.

Cons

Super expérience, même si j'aurais aimé avoir plus de choix dans les différents styles d'écritures. D'après l'équipe, d'autre styles sont en cours de création !
