We got a fast way to answer questions from client and also communication internally. We can just record a fast video (1 min) and solve an issue that is hard to describe in text or with comments. Pros You save so much time using this type of software. But you still get the personal touch. Cons Some functions are still in testing area. They are a startup and they are releasing a lot of features every week. It has been working wonders! Also, I know if the person watched or not and Vaam lets me know. It is also a lifesaver for explaining things to clients—or asking them to explain to me—changes in the layout, suggestions and present inspiration, etc. Huge time saver! Pros \- easy to access: right there on my browser; - easy to record: click a button and done! - great features: I can create a button for a call to action, there are tags, you can create a name; - easy trim: helps you to edit the video without the hassle - comments: the viewer can leave comments Cons I would like a little bit more time to record the videos. Cons I would appreciate more filters in the video. Reason for choosing Vaam I didn't, VaaM serves its purpose gracefully, but it can't replace softwares like premiere pro or other video editing softwares, but the way it seamlessly integrates with both hubspot and LinkedIn makes it a very complimentary addon to our tech stack! Since many open up a messege/email on a communte or in an open landscape environment where sound is not an option or easily available, subtitles would eliminate that potential pit. It was also good when we were reaching out to investors. Pros I like the way you can explain something quickly and easily. A big plus is to use when reaching out to new clients, it makes it much more personal! Cons I'd like a mobile version where I can shoot from my phone or iPad. I am a paying customer, and can highly recommend Vaam for any tasks when you have to meet people. :) Pros I do like that it is easy to start. However, the GUI is a bit non apparent, and not obvious to use. It takes a while to experiment and figure it out. I would like a manual, or a Vaam video that explains the different buttons.
