It is the solution to the recovery of payments that are considered lost or that have problems. It facilitates the entire process, giving successful results.

Pros

They have strategies that are very good for payment recovery and also customer recovery. I feel satisfied because their entire work team makes the entire recovery process easier and we as a company do not have to make much effort for the process to be successful since FlexPay takes care of absolutely everything, delivering a database with successful recoveries.

Cons

Well, I have always liked all of their performance. The only problem I had was the first communication with sales, who were not kind in explaining the entire process they provided.

I really enjoyed the value it brought to the business. Our support team was incredibly knowledgable and this brought a lot of revenue to the business.

They do a well-done and very effective process. FlexPay takes care of all the failed payments, giving you a good solution.

Pros

The failed payment recovery system is very good because its capacity to recover all the payments that fail is adequate and honest, allowing customers to have active subscribers, without them declining and running the risk of them withdrawing from the purchased subscription.

Cons

All their work is good, but I would like the response time from customer service to be faster

Since we started using Flexpay we have fewer customers that churn because of failed payments.

Cons

Any issues that I've had with Flexpay have been worked out. Lots of great progress over the last couple months specifically.
