Regarding project progress, Connect helps us all to stay on the same page. For my team and me, Connect makes everything transparent as we can communicate instantly. Prior to that, we used other tools, but they provided no help in real-time collaborations. After years of trying and failing, I can safely say that Connect is the most effective for myself and my coworkers. Pros Using Connect, you can charm your customers with Omni channel customer service using its intelligent, reliable, and automated helpdesk ticketing system. Moreover, it helps meet the needs of different businesses at the same time. Cons The screen-popping upgrade notifications, such as ""New update available,"" which appear after every update, did not particularly appeal to me. Also, it should be either weekly or monthly.
