My experience with Digideck has been… fine. It looks cool but in reality it has very little value. If it was free I might use it once or twice then realize his much more you can do with google slides and never use it again.

Pros

Everyone has their decks in 1 place, which was nice I guess. I liked our old account rep too, but then she left.

Cons

There’s no significant benefit to this over Google slides. You end up paying thousand’s and getting locked into basic, limited templates

Pros

Presentations can look polished when you stay inside the default patterns. Basic Viewer-level tracking is kind of helpful.

Cons

Digideck looks impressive in demos, but once you build real decks the workflow turns rigid. You cannot safely switch templates on a slide, so small layout changes turn into rebuilds. Text formatting is touchy and often requires clearing styles, which creates extra cleanup. PDF exporting is inconsistent and requires regeneration after edits, so handouts lag behind the deck. Analytics are too thin to guide follow-ups. Offline support leaves Mac users without a full editor. For the price and ramp time I expected less friction and more flexibility. It did not deliver.
