Our experience with Xoralia has been extremely positive, particularly during the onboarding phase. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was well-organized, efficient, and supported by a knowledgeable team that ensured a smooth transition every step of the way. One of the standout features was the onboarding portal. It provided a centralized location for all required documentation, task tracking, training materials, and status updates, making it easy to stay organized and informed throughout the implementation process. The portal was intuitive to use and greatly simplified communication and collaboration between our team and Xoralia. Another aspect worth highlighting is the excellent support we received despite operating in different time zones. We experienced no issues related to time zone differences. The Xoralia team was consistently responsive, proactive, and available when needed, ensuring that questions were addressed promptly and project milestones remained on track. Beyond the implementation experience, the Xoralia platform itself has proven to be a well-designed and highly effective policy management system. It provides our users with easy access to the most current version of policies, ensuring that employees can quickly find accurate and up-to-date information when needed. The platform's workflow capabilities are equally impressive, allowing policy owners and approvers to seamlessly collaborate throughout the policy creation and revision process. This streamlined approach helps improve efficiency, maintain accountability, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders have the opportunity to provide input before policies are finalized. Overall, Xoralia delivered a seamless onboarding experience, supported by an effective onboarding portal, outstanding customer service, and a robust policy management solution. What we liked most about Xoralia was the combination of a well-designed policy management platform and an exceptional onboarding experience. The onboarding process was structured, efficient, and supported by an intuitive onboarding portal that made it easy to track progress, access training materials, and stay informed throughout implementation. The platform itself provides users with easy access to the most current version of policies, helping ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. We especially value the workflow functionality, which enables policy owners, reviewers, and approvers to seamlessly collaborate during policy creation and revision cycles. This streamlined process improves efficiency, enhances accountability, and helps ensure that all stakeholder feedback is captured before policies are published. Additionally, the Xoralia team was highly responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. Despite operating in different time zones, we experienced no communication challenges or delays. Their professionalism, support, and commitment to customer success contributed significantly to a smooth and successful implementation.

Cons

We have had a very positive experience with Xoralia overall, and there were no significant issues that negatively impacted our implementation or day-to-day use of the platform. As with any new system, there was a learning curve as users became familiar with the platform's features and workflows, but the onboarding portal, training resources, and responsive support team helped make that transition smooth and manageable. Any minor questions or configuration needs that arose during implementation were addressed quickly by the Xoralia team. Additionally, despite the time zone differences, communication remained consistent and effective throughout the process. Overall, we found very few drawbacks and have been pleased with both the platform and the level of support provided by the Xoralia team.

So far, so good. We are still standing up the environment for our own go-live, but the ease of use is fantastic.

Pros

Ease of use and setup. The Content Formula team was great in standing up the product and their support throughout.

Cons

N/A, honestly not much, but an area for improvement could be the ability to create the documents directly in Xoralia.

We used Xoralia as our document management solution for policy management, supplied and implemented by ContentFormula, and the experience has been very positive. Xoralia provided us with a clear, structured way to manage policies, making updates, version control, and ongoing maintenance far easier than our previous approach. It brought consistency and visibility to an area that’s often difficult to manage well. The onboarding team at ContentFormula were excellent to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and highly supportive throughout the process. The team took the time to understand our requirements, guided us through setup and adoption, and were always responsive when questions came up. That level of support empowered us to move forward with the project confidently and without unnecessary delays.

Pros

Ease of Use, Policy Management, Customer Support, easy to implement, option to have quizzes as part of attestations

Cons

We are very pleased with Xoralia. The only con, if it can be called that, is that we can't change the placement of the library/collection selector. We would rather have collection be first in the list, but that is just personal preference

We are still currently in the prior stage to rolling out, so the application has yet to be fully field-tested so to speak, however, it is very easy to use and has clear processes and databases that can be maintained.

Pros

The ease of access, as well as the robust streamlining of the document process. There is a comprehensive suite of editing tools and communication routes between users and viewers.

Cons

Lack of flexibility with the notification messages, however this can be addressed with links to the document SharePoint that sits behind the application.

Very responsive and flexible scheduling, easy-to-use product. The training was comprehensive and answered all questions we had.

Pros

Very thorough training, integrates seamlessly with SharePoint, granular workflow options, very easy to set up.

Cons

Xoralia collapses individual folders within a document library, which would be helpful to have changed in the future.

Pros

The support team is highly responsive whenever issues arise. We have a single point of contact who consistently connects us with the right person on their team, making it easy to get the help we need. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the product and address issues quickly.

Cons

The product is often slow for us. We were on a different platform previously and never had any issues. We notice a difference when loading the initial list, searching, and loading initial documents.

Xoralia has been well received by our policy owners, reviewers and approvers. The platform was also very well received by our general staff and we've had no trouble with user adoption.

Pros

Tracking and reporting. Document review and approval workflows. SharePoint integration. Overdue document read reminders. Great support. Ease of use.

Cons

The majority of complaints we got from users were around slow response times that occur from time to time.
