Absolutely 5 stars- our whole team loves it! It's made a lot of the little things in our jobs so much easier. I also use it in my personal life for emails I have to send weekly (ie: daycare schedules)

Pros

This tool is AMAZING. It helps my efficiency so much, as I can create shortcuts for emails that I send all the time. Not having to copy and paste or select from a variety of formats is lovely, and the fact that I can use it in any web-based platform (ie: even our SIS) is incredibly helpful.

Cons

I wish I had a few more free tags, but it has been worth paying for the next level because I use it so much.

Everything has been great, customer support is awesome, and the website helps asnwers most questions.

Pros

Being able to quickly access frequently used responses. Makes tackling emails and chats smoother!

Cons

At first, it was hard to figure out how to use the extra commands, but it was easy to learn, and the best addition.

I love it. It saves so much time and may take some getting used to but it’s so worth it!

Pros

I love the convenience and how much time it saves!

Cons

Sometimes it glitches and doesn’t work. It isn’t exactly easy to figure out at the beginning.

It makes my life a lot easier. I tend to write similar emails frequently and this is super handy for those quick responses. Also this is super helpful for all of my regular documents that require similar information. I love the connectability!

Pros

I can make multiple folders of snippets and it integrates with everything I do on chrome. I LOVE that I can add in snippets into other snippets.

Cons

I can't get it on my work computer because of some of the files that are needed to download. Specific error I get: "Could not install package: 'COULD\_NOT\_GET\_TEMP\_DIRECTORY". Also I wish we could attach PDFs to the snippets!

They couldn't fit all of the information into the email and also couldn't make more than about 10 templates. Was also just in outlook and didn't integrate with other programs.

The UI is very easy to learn, unlike some competitors. Editing existing snippets and creating new is a breeze. The app works in browsers, Outlook, and most apps I use every day. It's truly an essential software to me.

Pros

TextBlaze does everything I need, from text and image snippets to forms. What is most impressive is that it is reliable all the time. I have been a paid users almost since the beginning and it's well worth the price.

Cons

No mobile app is available...yet. I am excited to get the Android beta sometime soon.

I transitioned from another text expander (Briskine) to Text Blaze. It's less expensive for more functionalities. It has greatly structured all my businesses emails.

Pros

SO MANY functionalities for text expansion!

Cons

Even after a few months and diligently transitioning all my templates to Text Blaze, I'm still in the honeymoon phase! One thing I would like is a better/different version to revert/see a previous version of a template. Ctrl+z is great, but has it's limits.

Reason for choosing Text Blaze

ExpanSo not Espando. Text blaze had more ease of use for non coders.

Pros

It is easy to use and saves me a bunch of time on my documentation. I use a lot of similar phrases so being able to have this automated is huge for productivity!

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind! The only downside is you have to pay if you want more than 20 phrases saved.

Pros

I like the ease of use. Never imagined saving time would be this easy!

Cons

That it's only available for Google Chrome and doesn't work in other apps, like ChatGPT or Asana.

Pros

By far the best part about it is the simplicity. You dont have to be a tech wizard to get it up and running. They've made it easy for just about anyone.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I LOVE this application. It makes my job so much easier.

AMAZING!!! Love it so much!! Can't imagine doing my job without it!!

Pros

I love how easy it is to use Text Blaze to create time-saving Snippets. I use it every day on my telemedicine platform, and it's a complete game-changer! I've used other text-expanders like Magical, and Text Blaze is SO MUCH easier & better!!!

Cons

So far, I don't have any cons except I had to purchase a subscription, but it's honestly worth every penny, and I would actually pay much more for how much I use it!

Pros

I've purchased this product to help with my work productivity. The form builder has cut out 75% of the time it takes me to personalize email templates. This gives me so much time back in my day and helps me not miss anything!

Cons

The formatting/codes can be a little difficult to figure out but I think that comes with the territory.

Cons

I had a problem where a function stopped working. Our IT team could not find the problem. I sent an email and within a minute I had a response. They make an effort to solve your problem as soon as possible. I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott from the company. He was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to help me through all possible channels and solved the problem in 2 hours. A big thank you to this friendly young man!
