I have witnessed the evolution of Playground from earlier versions and the additions of new features and improved functions have mede it really better. Also the customer service is fast, with friendly technical assistance.

Pros

It's user friendly, fast and the new updates always makes the platform better and more efficient.

Cons

Sometimes the speed of data upload is not satisfactory.

Very satisfied

Pros

OmicsPlayground offers a way to analyzer Omics datasets at a much deep level, that is often not accessible to biologists who are less/not proficient in bioinformatics analysis. The customer support ranges between outstanding to exceptional. I highly recommend it as a primary tool for analysis of Omics datasets.

Cons

There is less flexibility with customization of reports/figures. It would be great if it offers integration of multiomic data sets (e.g. proteomics and transcriptomics).
