Pros Easy to onboard and the UI is fairly intuitive! Cons The google workspace onboarding still has a legacy UI that confuses some clients with its use. Instead of adopting to use multiple solutions to protect different modules of the M365 suite, a one stop, but a robust solutions is much more worthy. I highly appreciate the support provided by their support teams 24x7 Pros Datto SaaS Defence is a one stop solution for MSPs to protect Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams in the modern world. I like their pro-active protection. Majority of the organizations use M365 Services and the same reasons makes them vulnerable for wide-spread attacks. So, as MSPs we need to always provide our clients a robust solutions to stay ahead of the lead. Cons Can't think of a real feature to dislike. The only think I can think of is the price, but again, its not a feature to like or dislike. Reasons for choosing Datto SaaS Defense Datto SaaS has more features bundled into than being just another backup solution. Labor costs too high no automation to speak of and even the allow rules make noise. Pros The image AI tools and explosion testing tools are very cool looking Cons So noisy it makes 30 page invoices for our customers, non-granular reporting and alerting means we get alerts for matched rules to allow email through, alerts for "bad mail" and once we review it has no way to mark it reviewed so labor costs are through the roof on this product. Reasons for choosing Datto SaaS Defense the AI image tools and explosion tools looked good.
