Pros

Easy to set-up, very convenient and quick to use, and I love the level of personalisation offered by the product. It rapidly allowed us to follow each other in the team and schedule our team meetings & events - as we are a remote first team.

Cons

At the beginning, features and personalisation were limited. But they did a lot of changes during the last 6 months

We use Café to figure out who will be in the office, so we can make sure we can meet up.

Pros

Clean UI, a lot of very useful extra features and integrations and it does exactly what we were searching for (trying to figure out who will be in the office, so we can make sure we can meet up). The MS Teams integration and the standalone app are an amazing addition to the already great offering. Our team loves it. And the super responsive and fast dev team are the cherry on top!

Cons

I found one very small UI issue in the teams integration, which got fixed within hours after I reported it. So actually, nothing whatsoever.

La connexion à Slack pour afficher son statut.

Cons

Le besoin de se connecter au site/à l'appli pour mettre à jour son statut, là où d'autres solutions répondant au même besoin sont utilisables depuis des outils de l'entreprise.

Café me permet de m'organiser facilement en hybride, et de venir au bureau au meilleur moment pour voir les gens que j'apprécie ou avec qui j'ai besoin d'échanger en détail.

Pros

Prévoir ses venues a bureau en 1 clic Décomposer ses venues Voir les emplois du temps des gens qu'on souhaite voir

Cons

Pas mal de lenteur sur l'interface "au mois" qui est celle que je préfère utiliser Le filtre par défaut "my teams" sur le weekly schedule m'a poussé à simplement supprimer mon équipe de mon profil pour ne pas avoir l'emploi du temps de personnes que je ne connais pas.

Application facile à prendre en main, avec des fonctionnalités sympas comme la possibilité de proposer un afterwork.

Cons

Il serait pratique de pouvoir appliquer une règle, ou de pouvoir attribuer à plusieurs jours un même statut, sans le faire l'un après l'autre (c'est peut être possible dans la version payante, nous utilisons la gratuite).
