Pros I like the app. The camera is clear and the software managing the alerts is pretty sophisticated. Cons The breadcrumb feature to track where the trucks have been is not very clear and is sometimes hard to decipher. Accident reconstruction has saved us at least 4 times the cost of the cameras that showed the other party was at fault. Pros The ability to find incidents that have occurred and coach or mitigate issues causing the incidents. Cons Copying videos can only be done using an outside program. It would be great to have an option to record videos built into the program so that the copy would be a synced version of all cameras especially for accidents. The tracking and videos make the process easier. Pros The learning curve is cumbersome, but the tools available for new users was vast and to the point. There is no routine follow up with how everything is going or any additional needs. Pros CTS is happy with the quality of the AI video the camera captures and easy of requesting videos from the portal. Cons Alerts are not in depth customizable. Pros AI features on camera are top of class, this camera is currently what other AI cameras should be compared to. Cons UI of the website needs lots of clicks to do simple things. I also like the protection from false claims. Cons I have heard repeatedly that the alerts are too excessive and almost distracting. I believe it's a learning curve for the team.
