They always get right back with you and have techs who know this product inside and out. Not only the SQL side but also Azure and Sharepoint. I couldn't ask for a better support experience. Pros This has been the best thing we could have done for our IT department. Running an organization on SharePoint means that sooner or later you are going to start hitting roadblocks with list sizes and overall funtionality of the O365 environment. This easy to configure and affordable tool has changed everything for our Power BI and reporting data sources. Cons I have had zero issues with the application or the customer support. We use SQL Server Reporting Services extensively and we found that using an on-premise SharePoint list directly as a data source was quite limiting when compared to what you could achieve when using a SQL Server table. We decided to investigate SQList to see whether it would help to remove these limitations and it has certainly done that. Once the replications from the SharePoint list to the SQL Server table have been set it, changes made in the list are reflected in the table within a few seconds, so we are now able to join the copy of the list data to other tables with ease. Initially we found setting up the replications a little tricky, but the new user interface makes it very easy to do that now. We have also started using SQList to copy SharePoint on-line list data to our on-premise SQL Server and these replications work well too. We have only needed to contact AxioWorks support staff on a few occasions and they responded quickly each time. Overall, I’m very happy with the product – during the time we have been using it, it has been reliable and does exactly what it claims to do. Pros Enables more flexible reporting, ease of use, reliability and good support. Cons Don't really have anything negative to say.
