Cons Some basic order management features are missing, but they are being addressed. We've been using Ink Cloud for over 10 years and have been here since the first iteration. It's evolved and become an absolute all-in-one solution for our daily operations. Many useful features we have not even used yet, but can grow into. Pros I love its adaptability. It's very agile to meet the needs of any user: broke, commercial printer, trade, and everything in between. Cons There's not much to dislike about it, honestly. There is no cookie-cutter application that applies to ALL businesses, therefore, growing pains will occur. What I needed from Ink Cloud's software was unknown. Together, we paved the way on many new features and will continue to do so as my business grows. It was difficult for Ink Cloud to explain what "could" be done in a way that I understood. Taking a basic coding class prior to starting my business would have GREATLY helped my communication with the team. What took a month could have taken a week. What was spoken in a paragraph could have taken a sentence. I HAD to be patient amidst other giant clients that took precedence. My whole world revolved around an immediate need and it was hard to keep that perspective when waiting in line. My hurry, hurry, wait situation didn't always fit with the systematic process of Ink Cloud but the ALWAYS made it work! Had there been an visual/online tutorial to self teach on my schedule, the process could have been streamlined for both of us. At the end of the day, they held my hand and the job is done. I'm a happy business owner with a lot of potential for growth and hope to be their "giant" client someday. Pros Starting an online stationery company from scratch was a challenge. The learning learning curve was steep and the team at Ink Cloud helped me inch along the way as my robust website came to life. They implemented new features specifically for my business as well as let me utilize features from other business to enhance my site. Cons As with any good software, the features out way the utilization. There are many parts of the Dashboard that I don't use yet or understand. I have confidence that my site will only gain in function as I learn to implement more of Ink Cloud's features. So, if there is a con, it's just that guidance could have been streamlined with online tutorials . Peppering the team with questions was an uncomfortable feeling but a necessity. Reasons for choosing Ink Cloud I could not find another company that offered the automated connection between my online storefront and the printer allowing me control over the build/implementation.
