Exactly what a tool like this should be — accurate data, simple interface, no fluff. Plug it in, find your contacts, get to work. Has genuinely made my cold outreach more effective and I've tried enough alternatives to know that's not something to take for granted.

Pros

Verified emails that actually land, a Chrome extension that takes two seconds to use, and way better coverage on small businesses than anything else I've tried. Does exactly what it says it does.

Cons

The free tier is pretty limited so you'll hit the ceiling fast if you're prospecting regularly. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing going in.

Pros

The lead generation capabilities are easily the strongest part of the platform because the data quality is consistently higher than many competitors. I have found the personal email coverage to be a massive advantage for recruitment since it helps bypass corporate filters and reach candidates where they actually respond. The Chrome extension is incredibly smooth and makes ease of use a reality by living right inside LinkedIn, allowing me to find and verify contacts without jumping between tabs. I also appreciate the sales management aspect of the tool, specifically the AI personalizer and the ability to launch multi-stage email marketing campaigns directly from the dashboard. For the level of verified data you get, the value for money is excellent for individual users and small teams looking for a reliable sourcing engine.

Cons

While the platform is generally very reliable, team collaboration can feel a bit restricted on the lower-tier plans since they are often capped at a single user per company. Pros

Simple to use and good breadth of data. Vey easy set up and allows quick access to contact details when needed

It's affordable, easy to use, and effective.

Pros

I work in marketing, and it's not uncommon for advertising and partnerships managers to change overnight. I'm often left with ongoing campaigns and no responsive contacts. I used to try and connect with the new managers on LinkedIn or try other company contacts but it took forever to get an answer. Now I just email and text them, and everything is much faster. The integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zapier come in handy as well.

Cons

I wish it covered Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Pros

It works! Most leads can be enriched using the tool, specially for emails. The new interface also makes it much more pleasant to use - and makes me feel like its a more "professional" tool

Cons

Having to use an extra credit to find the phone number is annoying.

ContactOut is an excellent source of email addresses and phone numbers for our marketing operations. I like how precise the email addresses and phone numbers they provide, that we can simply obtain the contact information we need and connect with potential leads using this.

Cons

Some of the contact information is not updated, and have limited credentials. But, still this platform is very beneficial for us.

Only one its bad thing that sometimes we have to go in linkedin account of person if we have to found its proper email id otherwise it is best software .
