## What is Sprinto?

Sprinto is a compliance platform purpose-built for IT security and privacy. Connect 300+ systems across cloud, identity, code, HR, IT, and devices. Sprinto maps and monitors controls for 300+ frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and collects audit evidence in the background. Every account works 1:1 with a dedicated lead auditor so teams become audit-ready in weeks, not months, without pulling engineers off the roadmap. Run one program for policies, risk register, vendor management, access reviews and offboarding, incidents, training, DSAR and RoPA, plus an auditor portal with timestamped evidence. Dashboards show readiness by control, owner, and due date. Alerts flag gaps before they become findings. Exports make audits and security questionnaires simple. For: cloud companies from 1 to 10,000 employees that sell to enterprise or handle sensitive data. Not a fit: HR or payroll compliance, tax and legal compliance, EHS or field inspections, quality management (I

Overall, the experience has been positive. Sprinto simplifies compliance processes and saves time by automating many requirements that would otherwise require manual tracking. The integrations and user-friendly interface make onboarding easier for teams. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of platform stability, Linux support, and reducing reliance on email-based workflows

Pros

Sprinto makes compliance management much easier by automating many repetitive tasks. Interface is more beginner friendly. It integrates with google workspace, AWS, GitHub, etc .Another strong point is that it reduces manual work significantly while remaining relatively affordable compared to other compliance platforms

Cons

One downside is that Sprinto is not fully web-based and sometimes requires downloading the application, which can be inconvenient. There are occasional minor glitches that affect the experience. Support for Linux environments is also limited

For a company with small risk management and IT security teams, Sprinto has been a valuable tool in helping us manage our risks. It allows us to quickly draft policies that align with the standards we select. Additionally, Sprinto assists in enforcing these policies and monitoring any exceptions. With tasks centralized, it becomes straightforward for leadership to oversee and manage everything efficiently.

Pros

It delivers on its promise to speed up audit exercises and certifications. There is a wide range of integration to other services (AWS, GitLab, etc.) that really helps a lot in tracking and managing findings. The customer service is very responsive.

Cons

The included AI feature to answer questionnaire, RFP, etc. is very limited -- users will likely need to exceed the included tokens. It is also not smart enough to detect questionnaires in complex Excel formats.

Pros

Achieving HIPAA compliance in under one and a half months is a remarkable milestone, and your guidance has been instrumental in making this possible. This achievement significantly accelerates our GTM strategy and positions us to enter the US Healthcare market earlier than we had anticipated.Ease of Use

Cons

I did not find any cons associated with Sprinto during our time of engagement for HIPAA Compliance. They were prompt in time, what needs to be completed in the given timeline and how do we maintain the status. No complaints

Overall very good. The customer support was great throughout the project. Being a small company Sprinto was terrific in keeping everything together and becoming a foundation in our information security work.

Pros

The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support. They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call. Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good.

Cons

We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team. Some of the integrations could perhaps be a bit more flexible, but from my experience they are on par (or better) compared to the competitors.

Our overall experience with Sprinto has been excellent. From onboarding to final certification, everything was smooth, well-structured, and easy to follow. The platform is thoughtfully designed, and their team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], was a true partner throughout the process. She was always available to answer questions, clarify requirements, and keep things moving forward. Thanks to Sprinto, we were able to achieve both ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certifications without the usual stress and delays. It’s rare to find a product and support team this aligned and dependable.

Pros

The best part about working with Sprinto was how streamlined and intuitive the entire compliance process felt. The platform made it easy to stay on top of tasks and track progress toward ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certifications.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major to dislike. Everything including the platform and the support was excellent.

We’ve been using Sprinto for our compliance needs, and honestly, it’s made life a lot easier. Managing SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks can be a headache, but Sprinto’s automation takes a huge load off our team. A special Thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for helping us with the setup and issues that came up.

Pros

The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Even if you’re new to compliance, it doesn’t feel overwhelming

Cons

While automation is great, there are times I wanted more flexibility in tailoring controls or workflows
