With tasks centralized, it becomes straightforward for leadership to oversee and manage everything efficiently. Pros It delivers on its promise to speed up audit exercises and certifications. There is a wide range of integration to other services (AWS, GitLab, etc.) that really helps a lot in tracking and managing findings. The customer service is very responsive. Cons The included AI feature to answer questionnaire, RFP, etc. is very limited -- users will likely need to exceed the included tokens. The customer support was great throughout the project. Being a small company Sprinto was terrific in keeping everything together and becoming a foundation in our information security work. Pros The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support. They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call. Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good. Cons We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team. Some of the integrations could perhaps be a bit more flexible, but from my experience they are on par (or better) compared to the competitors.
