Interface is more beginner friendly. With tasks centralized, it becomes straightforward for leadership to oversee and manage everything efficiently. Pros It delivers on its promise to speed up audit exercises and certifications. There is a wide range of integration to other services (AWS, GitLab, etc.) that really helps a lot in tracking and managing findings. The customer service is very responsive. Cons The included AI feature to answer questionnaire, RFP, etc. is very limited -- users will likely need to exceed the included tokens. Pros The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support. They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call. Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good. Cons We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team.
