July 16, 2022 5.0 Pros The best part was the time saved by the leadership team. We hardly spent few hours working on Sprinto platform and it was done! Further there was no auditor interaction required which was kind of unbelievable. Cons Absolutely Nothing! Delighted with the experience so far. Pros Sprinto turned up pretty good in managing compliances, particularly for SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards. The platform automates many of the tedious tasks, allowing us to track and implement new compliances much faster and more efficiently. We no longer have to worry about manual tracking or chasing down documentation. System can be a bit hard to navigate sometimes because of the number of features. We were able to achieve our compliancy in a very short term and with a budget suitable with our company size. I highly recommend sprinto if you are a SMB. Pros The speed at which we were able to setup our account in order to monitor our SOC2 Type II compliancy. The support from the consulting team to ramp up our knowledge and setup all the connections with our IT systems and capture evidences. Cons This is not specific to Sprinto, but everytime you start with a new software there is a ramp up period which is needed. However the team helps to address this topic.
