We identified goals and he gave me a guided tour of the system. Most of it came down to: here are your clear tasks to fix your compliance issues. I don't know how it could be any more simple. No one wants to deal with this stuff. It's always a pain, always a mess, and god help you if you need to do an audit. Sprinto makes it easy. Pros \- They take the initiative to get you into compliance, creating a schedule to check in, making those meetings - Their systems and tools they have to automatically detect your compliance and security seem magical - Every certification and policy is broken down super easily, you can see clearly not only what items need attention, but also what tasks to take Cons Honestly, I have no real complaints. We were able to achieve our compliancy in a very short term and with a budget suitable with our company size. I highly recommend sprinto if you are a SMB. Pros The speed at which we were able to setup our account in order to monitor our SOC2 Type II compliancy. The support from the consulting team to ramp up our knowledge and setup all the connections with our IT systems and capture evidences. Cons This is not specific to Sprinto, but everytime you start with a new software there is a ramp up period which is needed. However the team helps to address this topic.
