The customer support was great throughout the project. Being a small company Sprinto was terrific in keeping everything together and becoming a foundation in our information security work. Pros The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support. They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call. Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good. Cons We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team. Some of the integrations could perhaps be a bit more flexible, but from my experience they are on par (or better) compared to the competitors. Pros Sprinto turned up pretty good in managing compliances, particularly for SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards. We no longer have to worry about manual tracking or chasing down documentation. System can be a bit hard to navigate sometimes because of the number of features. We identified goals and he gave me a guided tour of the system. Most of it came down to: here are your clear tasks to fix your compliance issues. I don't know how it could be any more simple. No one wants to deal with this stuff. It's always a pain, always a mess, and god help you if you need to do an audit. Sprinto makes it easy.
