Pros The speed at which we were able to setup our account in order to monitor our SOC2 Type II compliancy. The support from the consulting team to ramp up our knowledge and setup all the connections with our IT systems and capture evidences. Cons This is not specific to Sprinto, but everytime you start with a new software there is a ramp up period which is needed. However the team helps to address this topic.
