We were able to achieve our compliancy in a very short term and with a budget suitable with our company size. I highly recommend sprinto if you are a SMB. Pros The speed at which we were able to setup our account in order to monitor our SOC2 Type II compliancy. The support from the consulting team to ramp up our knowledge and setup all the connections with our IT systems and capture evidences. Cons This is not specific to Sprinto, but everytime you start with a new software there is a ramp up period which is needed. However the team helps to address this topic. Their user interface has come a long way, and each iteration has made interaction easier with their platform. The customer support, response, and time they reach out and get back to you is something to make a note of. Our CSM, \[sensitive content hidden\] , has been nothing but kind, helpful, and supportive on our path to compliance. Looking forward to achieving higher feats of success alongside Sprinto. Cons None to think of as of now. While detailed\* customizations of some features are not yet available, they have taken them into account for future implementation, which is promising. We know this, having done audits without using platform a like Sprinto. Sprinto has automated checks for most of the compliance requirements and have integrations with all popular products in HRMS/Cloud/Project Management etc. Sprinto's automated checks helps in making the Infrastructure secure, so you are not doing audits just to get certified but to really improve your organisation's security posture. Customer support is superb, customer success managers are experts on the compliance domain and are very responsive to queries or concerns Product team, thought I have not directly interacted with them, are doing a great job. The platform has evolved over the last 2 years, with frequent feature additions and usability improvements Cons We signed up during the earlier days of Sprinto when the platform was a little unstable which is understandable given the kind of pace with which new features were rolled out. This was not much of a concern since the technical team was quick in resolving any issues reported and the platform is very stable now.
