Pessima. il servizio clienti solo tramite chat arrogante, prepotente e senza modi. Vi daranno del TU come se parlassero con i loro amici.

Pros

Purtroppo non ci sono vantaggi nel pacchetto di fatture in cloud, tranne che purtroppo molti commercialisti lo hanno.

Cons

Vi fanno firmare il rinnovo automatico, e non vi sospendono il rinnovo automatico. ATTENZIONE ALLA SCORRETTEZZA DI QUESTA AZIENDA.

Molto facile da usare con molte funzionalità con interfaccia grafica semplice. La personalizzazione scarsa.

Cons

L'assistenza clienti è scadente e sono profondamente insoddisfatto. Non si può chiamare un operatore unica possibilità di contatto è la chat KI che non riesce a risolvere i problemi. Se chiedi per un operatore ci sono tempi di attesa di giorni! Per il servizio offerto decisamente troppo caro!!

lo stesso giorno del rinnovo ho disdetto l'abbonamento ma era tardi e mi è stato addebitato l'intero anno. A differenza di altre piattaforme che sono ragionevoli, loro sostengono che ormai i soldi sono loro. Mi dispiace per la perdita del denaro ma in questo modo ne hanno perso di più in quanto dia mio marito, mio padre e i loro soci hanno disdetto (per tempo)il servizio non fidandosi di tanta poca mancanza di serietà. servizio caro e davvero poco apprezzato da parte nostra

on line, per il resto è uguale a molte altre che hanno un prezzo minore e sono decisamente più competitive

impossibilità di parlare con persone vere, risponde intelligenza artificiale che come tutte le ai risponde ai comandi per cui è addestrata

che devo descrivere ...... non hai un contatto davanti un problema che si ripete da 4 anni e poi ti tengono legato a loro perché arrivi a poco meno di un mese dal rinnovo e capisci che hanno aumentato di ben 410 euro in 4 anni il tuo piano.

Pros

inizialmente il costo e la sua semplicità, venivo da un piano piu costoso e con molti piu upgrade che non utilizzavo!!!!!!!

Cons

Mi ritrovo come l’anno scorso, anche quest'anno un aumento ingiustificato !! sono nelle cifre dell’anno prima per quanto riguarda numero fatture codici clienti e fornitori e mi aumentate la tariffa da 572,00 finita d’iva a 717,36???? il 2023 sul 2024 abbassaste il numero di documenti per far passare al pacchetto piu alto cosi creando il pacchetto complete che prima si chiamava plus Ma state scherzando?? Negli ultimi 4 anni anno 2023. importo 307,44 anno 2024. importo 396,50 anno 2025. importo 572,18 anno 2026. importo 717,36 Chiedo cortesemente di parlare con qualcuno Grazie Francesco

Programma funzionale abbastanza semplice da usare, carino esteticamente. Personalizzazione scarsa, alcune grafici nella schermata principale non sono utilizzabili. Rapporto col cliente da schiavista, ti inducono verso le licenze piu' costose anche se non ti servono, togliendoti il numero di fatture che puoi registrare. Una volta che non rinnovi piu' la licenza tutto il tuo pregresso contabile degli anni prima che hai pagato non e' piu' consultabile. Mai piu'! Data dell'esperienza: \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\]

Pros

Chiarezza interfaccia, on line quindi non perdi dati.

Cons

Da quando lo utilizziamo abbiamo velocizzato tantissimo i processi legati alla registrazione delle spese e l'invio di fatture (e solleciti di pagamento ai clienti)

Pros

Fantastico! Hai tutta la contabilità sotto controllo e i grafici del rendimento a prova di utonto ti aiutano tantissimo a capire immediatamente la situazione economica aziendale.

Cons

A volte, per tornare indietro e consultare il file (es: fattura) successivo, devi rimettere i filtri o tornare al punto di partenza e si perde un po' di tempo.

The state of the art for digital invoice management in italy. It’s a wanna be accounting tool, but for that function, especialy with companies accounting, there are still some functions to work on.

Pros

Ease of use, access to online databases for recognition of new registrations, automatic document reading and all the internal tools that simplify the registration and serial production of tax documents.

Cons

The impossibility of recording revenue and expense accrual periods in the budget. The pricing model: non-premium accounts are almost a sham as if you need an advanced accounting tool it is almost impossible that you will record less than 100 documents per year

I I chose ‘Fatture in Cloud’ for my company, as it is a much more developed software, with simplified document management systems and a better-understood interface. Nevertheless, I chose ‘Aruba Fatturazione Elettronica’ for my personal accounting and digital invoice management, as it is an effective solution for simplified needs at a much more competitive cost.

Pros

Ho usato fino ad oggi il software, e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Fino all'amara scoperta dell'ingiustificato aumento dei prezzi per il rinnovo della licenza, di pari passo alla notevole riduzione del servizio offerto.

Cons

Trovo sia scorretto, a dir poco, aumentare le tariffe del 60% - 70%, a fronte della riduzione di 3/4 del servizio offerto (mole di documenti gestiti e altro). Così facendo il cliente è obbligato a pagare decisamente di più, per mantenere lo stesso servizio. Sono alla ricerca attiva di un altro fornitore per lo stesso servizio.
