I have been using this software for my administrative management for about 8 months and I must say I am very satisfied. It is easy and very intuitive to use. All information is clearly indicated and retrievable, and for me, this is an excellent plus because I do not need complex administrative and financial management software. I can easily manage the creation of electronic invoices, proforma invoices, orders, payments, and customer data. I have all the information available with just a few clicks and I can avoid having to re-enter it every time because I can recall it with a single click. It has a very well-structured graphic and I have a dashboard always updated with the automatic real-time update of the invoiced amounts, those collected and the taxes accrued up to that moment. I am very satisfied! The customer service works very well, in my opinion. I can use the chat and the answers come to me via email within 24-48 hours at most. Cons Se non si rinnova il contratto non si può più accedere ai documenti salvati nonostante loro debbano tenerli per legge 10anni nei database; deduco che lo facciano solo per costringerti a continuare a rinnovare il contratto nonostante non utilizzi più il servizio. Magari semplicemente perchè una persona ha chiuso l'attività ma avrebbe necessità solo di VISONARE i dati salvati in passato. Altri servizi lo permettono. Quando ho iniziato a lavorare in azienda, nel primo periodo di training, ho dovuto utilizzare spesso questo software in quanto, in azienda, volevano che imparassi ad usarlo. L’esperienza è stata delle migliori, il software è davvero semplice da utilizzare e si impara molto in fretta. La vastità di funzioni che ha a disposizione è decisamente sufficiente per la maggior parte delle aziende.
