They experience a freedom and flexibility previously absent in scheduling processes. It is easy for us to plan our weekly schedule and make new changes. However, it would also be useful, if our employees had more opportunities to decide, how many hours of a shift, they wish to cover. It is very easy for us to connect new employees, and the product is also intuitive, so that's it becomes simple for new employees Cons We would be very happy, if it was possible for our employees themselves to change how many hours they can cover in a shift.
