The platform is incredibly user-friendly for both us and our young team members. Our young employees have quickly embraced the app and love the ability to easily swap shifts, track their working hours, and plan their music assignments at elderly care homes. They experience a freedom and flexibility previously absent in scheduling processes. Workfeed does more than offer a technical solution - they actively support our important work of building bridges between generations. It is easy for us to plan our weekly schedule and make new changes. However, it would also be useful, if our employees had more opportunities to decide, how many hours of a shift, they wish to cover.
