It helps me keep track of everyone working in my team and I can easily schedule everyone. Saves time and money for me! Pros Easy to use. I have some employees that struggle with digital apps and softwares. But non of them have a hard time using Workfeed. For me as a manager it is very easy to use. Cons nothing in particular. they have a great support and whenever we face a problem or have a question they are very helpful. January 15, 2025 5.0 As administrators for Memosik, Workfeed has truly simplified our scheduling and team management. The platform is incredibly user-friendly for both us and our young team members. Our young employees have quickly embraced the app and love the ability to easily swap shifts, track their working hours, and plan their music assignments at elderly care homes. They experience a freedom and flexibility previously absent in scheduling processes. Workfeed does more than offer a technical solution - they actively support our important work of building bridges between generations. By streamlining our administrative processes, they enable us to focus on our real mission: creating meaningful encounters between youth and seniors through music. Our administrative time has been significantly reduced, which means we can invest more energy into our nursing home performances, concerts, and social activities. For that we're extremely thankful. Overall our experience with Workfeed has been good. Every day the app proves useful, in terms of scheduling our weekly schedule. It is easy for us to plan our weekly schedule and make new changes. However, it would also be useful, if our employees had more opportunities to decide, how many hours of a shift, they wish to cover. Pros The product is very useful, in terms of planninng our weekly schedule and make new changes. It is very easy for us to connect new employees, and the product is also intuitive, so that's it becomes simple for new employees Cons We would be very happy, if it was possible for our employees themselves to change how many hours they can cover in a shift. Immediately adopted by all the employees in the restaurant. Very easy and intuitive functions - I spend no time educating the employees. They find out themselves how to exchange shifts, set up shift availability etc. Still after more that one year of use I am amazed by the "Eze of use" Cons I simply cannot find any disadvantages. Cons As a small company, we have our own unique wishes for Workfeed, the employees has gone through great lengths to adjust features based on our wishes - It might not be the perfect solutions always, but they try hard.
