I liked their customer support and their appreciation for the customer needs, the pricing is also very good other services actually have much higher rates

Pros

Actually all my needs are implemented and easily accessible.Customer support is amazing.Last Mile delivery management, Fleet Management, and Accounting are the most critical features for me.My Customers also like their mobile and web apps where they use to submit their daily distribution requests and the get notified with all the updates

Cons

The integration with other apps is not wide but the customer support are getting us covered in fast releases, so I use SAP and they integrated it for me in almost no time (it took only 2 days to add the feature and completely working for me).
