The relations with the customer service have also been very good. Pros We love many features at Stef, but the key feature for us is the out-of-the-box integration with third-party applications to follow-up on action plans (IDHall in our case). Pros \- La simplicité d'utilisation - Le logiciel est très complet, il permet de réaliser une mission d'audit de A à Z uniquement dans l'outil : Audit et prise de notes, revues d'audits, émission de rapport d'audits et de revues, nombreuses possibilités de jouer avec les référentiels d'audit (ajouter, fusionner, etc.), etc. - Les rapport personnalisables - Les KPIs (par exemple de suivi d'avancement des audits) - Le lien avec un autre logiciel de gestion de risques - L'équipe support qui est très réactive pour faire évoluer le logiciel Cons Le logiciel manquait de maturité jusqu'à il y a 6 mois environ (des bugs ont été corrigés et des fonctionnalités ajoutées), depuis il répond vraiment à mes attentes d'auditeur, je n'ai plus rien de particulier à lui reprocher. L'auditeur peut se concentrer sur le fond de l'audit et beaucoup moins sur la mise en forme. Pros Auditool permet d'appliquer un référentiel de contrôle dans une interface intuitive et permettant d'être plus efficace sur la formalisation du contexte, des constats et des recommandations. De plus on peut travailler dans un mode "hors ligne" ! Cons Pour le moment la comparaison de plusieurs audits n'est pas disponible mais l'outil permet déjà un reporting de premier niveau (par rapport au taux de conformité global). L'export via Excel permet aussi d'adapter le reporting souhaité.
